1st Chandragiri gold cup got underway at Naikap, Kathmandu on Tuesday.

Friends club defeated hosts Bright youth club 4-3 in the opening match.

Friends club will meet the winner of NPC Vs Sankata Club in semifinal match.

Nepal Army will meet Jawalakhel Youth club on Wednesday.

Bright youth club is organizing the championship, which has a winning purse of Rs 5 lakhs.
