Lalbandi municipality and Sarlahi district football association are organizing Lalbandi gold cup from Jestha 24 in Lalbandi.

The FA organized press meet on Saturday to reveal the date about the championship.

A Division teams will take part in the event, which has a winning purse of Rs 7 lakh. Runners up team will get Rs 3,50,000.

MVP will get Rs 50,000 cash. The rising player of the tournament will get one motorbike.

10 teams are taking part in the event.

Participating teams are: Ruslan Three Star club, Jhapa XI, MMC, Kaski XI, NPC, Rupandehi XI, Nepal APF, Sarlahi XI, Sankata club, Darjeeling XI

Lions club Lalbandi is the co-organizer.

The final match will be played on Asar 2.
