1st late Rabi Rai memorial cup got underway on Friday at Tarhara, Sunsari.

Vigorous Nepal, Inaruwa defeated Nawa Sundar club, Tarhara 4-2 on penalties to enter semifinals.

Both teams had played 0-0 draw in regulation time.

Amit Chaudhary from the winning side became the man of the match.

Eight teams are participating in the championship.
