
Yeti Football Club, Melbourne has won the title of the fifth Grace Talbarahi Cup, organized by Feva Football Club, Sydney, which includes the clubs of the Nepali community in Australia. Yeti has managed to win the titles of both the open and over 35 age groups.
In the finals of the open side, Yeti defeated the host Fewa by 1 goal against Zero and captured the title. In the victory of Yeti, Kiran Lama, who was also chosen as the man of the match in the final, scored the only decisive goal.
Similarly, in the final match for veteran football of the age group above 35 years, Yeti managed to win the title by defeating Para Park in a tiebreaker.
Yeti, who became the open winner of the competition, which is the main sponsor of Grace International Education, Migration, received 5,500 Australian dollars in cash along with the title, while the runner-up Phewa received a trophy and medal along with 2,500.
Similarly, for veterans over 35 years of age, the winner received the title and 2,500 Australian dollars, while the runner-up received a trophy and medal along with 1,200 dollars.
