Baglung won 4-0 against Parbat to enter semifinals at Pokhara stadium. Baglung's Ayush Khadka was declared man of the match.

Kaski beat Nawalpur by 4 goals against nil. Kaski's Bikram Gautam was elected man of the match.

Myagdi ended Syangja's challenge 4-3 in the tiebreaker. Likewise, Tanahun secured a place in the last four by defeating Lamjung with a wide margin of 5-0.
