With a one-sided victory, Ward No. 7 has entered the semi-finals of the ongoing 6th Duhabi Mayor Cup Knockout Football Tournament at Duhabi, Sunsari.

In the last quarter-final held on Thursday, Ward No. 7 defeated Ward No. 4 by 4 goals against Zero and entered the last four.

In the victory of Ward No. 7, Ankit Chaudhary scored two goals, while Paras Chaudhary and Kamesh Chaudhary scored one goal each. Ankit Chaudhary of Ward No. 7 was declared Man of the Match in the match. Under the competition, the first semi-final match on Friday 14th Baisakh will be held between Ward No. 8 and 10, the organizers informed.

The winner of the competition organized by Duhbi Municipality, Duhbi, Sunsari and Eleven Arrows Club, Duhbi will receive a cash prize of Rs 1,25,222 and the runner-up will receive Rs 72,222. The final match will be held on Baisakh 17.
