Martyr's Memorial A Division League: NPC Stuns League Leaders JYC; TSC, FC Khumaltar Play Stalemate

Nepal Police Club (NPC) has come out of relegation zone after a stunning win over league leaders Jawalakhel youth club.

NPC defeated JYC 2-1 at ANFA complex on Tuesday.

This is fourth win for NPC in the on-going Martyr's memorial A Division league.

Both goals were scored by foreign recruits for the departmental side. Moses (34') and Ahmed Hijaji (87') scored both goals for Policemen.

Bipin Kadal scored one for JYC in 88th minute. Despite the loss, JYC are atop with 24 points from 14 matches.

Elsewhere at Chyasal stadium, Three Star Club played 2-2 draw against FC Khumaltar.

Stars are in 2nd position with 23 points while Khumaltar are in rock bottom with 14 points.
