Sarlahi: 7th Rajarshi Janak Cup Kicks Off; JYC Beats APF FC

7th Rajarshi Janak international gold cup got underway at Santosh Shrestha memorial stadium at Bagmati, Sarlahi on Wednesday.
Jawalakhel youth club defeated APF FC 1-0 in the opening match to enter second round.
Super sub Binod KC scored the match winner in 63rd minute.
JYC goalie Anish Deula became the player of the match and received NRs 10,000 cash.
According to coordinator of Bagmati sports development committee, Sagar Mainali, Far West XI will play against UKFC Darjeeling on Thursday.
Bagmati municipality & Bagmati municipality sports development committee are jointly organizing the championship, which has a winning purse of NRs 10 lakh.
