Dharan (GoalNepal) - Preparations for the 23rd Tuborg Godhuli Cup Running Cup ward-level knockout football competition, one of the old competitions of Sunsari district, have been completed.

The tournament is kicking off today. Dharan-13 and Dharan-5 will meet in the tournament's opening match, to be held at Dharan Stadium located in Dharan-16.

The winner of the competition, which is going to be organized by Godhuli Club, Dharan, will receive a cash prize of Rs. 1,50,000 and the runners-up will receive 75,000. Similarly, the organizer informed that attractive cash prizes have also been arranged for the individual category.

A total of 20 teams from Dharan are participating in the competition.
