Makwanpur XI Enters SFs Of 5th Bagmati Gold Cup

Makwanpur XI has entered semifinals of 5th Bagmati gold cup football tournament at Phaparbari, Makwanpur.

Makwanpur XI sidelined Nepal Police Club 2-1 in a competitive match played at Janata MA VI grounds on Monday.

Alish Chaulagain and Anish Maharjan scored apiece for the winners. Ravi Paswan scored one for NPC.

Maharjan became the player of the match and received NRs 5000 cash.

Himalayan Sherpa club will play against Tribhuwan Army Club on Tuesday.

Bagmati rural municipality & Bagmati rural municipality sports development committee are organizing the championship, which has a winning purse of NRs 8 lakh.
