Nepal's star midfielder Rohit Chand, who has made Persik Kediri FC his new destination in Indonesia this season, has played a goalless draw in the Indonesian President's Cup. After the goalless draw, Persik Kediri are out of the group stage of the President's Cup.
Persik, competing in the group stage of the prestigious President's Cup, drew 0-0 with PSM in the final group match on Sunday. Rohit started the match and played the whole ninety minutes.
In the other group match, Arema FC defeated Tira Persikabo 1-0 and qualified for the next round on six points. PSM and Persik had equal points but PSM have made it to the next round and Persik will head home.
PSM and Persik had equal points, same head-to-head record, goal difference and goals scored but PSM will qualify due to fewer yellow cards accumulated.
