AYC, Sunsari have qualified into the semifinals of the eighth Bhaluwa Gold Cup football tournament going on in Sunsari. AYC defeated Golden Star Youth CLub 4-0 to advance to the final four.

Rajendra Rawal gave AYC the lead in the third minute of the match. Ritik Khadka doubled the lead in the 28th minute. Maxwell added another in the 71st minute and Niraj Chaudhary's own goal rounded off the win in the 82nd minute.

Ritik Khadka was named the player of the match.

Pathari Sporting Club, Morang and Birgunj United will face each other in the second quarterfinal tomorrow.
