On Tuesday, the national futsal team squad was reduced to 22.

Gaurav Basnet, the team's head coach, left ten players out. The squad is currently in closed camp in preparation for the AFC Futsal Asian Cup Qualifiers, which will take place in Kyrgyzstan from April 1 to 15.

Nepal will face Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, and Afghanistan as a part of Group B in the qualifiers.
