Taplejung is the latest district to kick off the district A Division League Football. The league is being held at two different grounds in Taplejung. Six matches were played today.

In the three matches held at Bhanu Jana School ground today, Karnasingh Sonam FC defeated Birendra Youth Club 5-1, Pathivara Youth Club defeated Sangharsa Sporting Club 1-0 and Kanchanjunga Fungling Club defeated Mission United Club 3-1. 

In the other three matches held at Macchapokhari Hiti Playground, Pragatishil Youth Club defeated Jaljale Club by 5-2, Manabhara Sporting Club defeated Lalima Club 1-0 while the match between Change Macchapokhari Hiti Club and Shrijanshil Samajik Samaj was suspended after 13 minutes were played due to poor visibility and will be continued from the 13th minute onwards at 8 AM tomorrow.
