Former ANFA general secretary and ANFA's honorary president Tashi Ghale has regreted for supporting Narendra Shrestha in ANFA election held last year.
Ghale was "influential" in turning table to Shrestha, who is a close ally of suspended Ganesh Thapa. Shrestha defeated Karma Tsering Sherpa to win the election.
"My biggest mistake was to support Narendra Shrestha", Ghale told Kantipur daily.
"They deceived me. They never called me for meetings. I tried my best to help them but they were wrong. I had never thought that they would do this to me", he added.
"There is no system at ANFA. The officials are not capabale enough to lead the organization. They are on the patch of destruction not in the development"
"This is right time to change the leadership. We need collective leadership at ANFA.", he further added.
