5th Hanami Chitwan Championship kicks Off

5th Hanami Chitwan championship got underway in Bharatpur on Friday.

Gaidankot FC defeated Bharatpur FC 3-2 in the opening match.

Sajin Thapa scored a brace while Rajiv Lopchan scored another for the winners. Sunil Shrestha and Niraj Basnet scored apiece for Bharatpur FC.

Amir Shrestha declared the man of the match.

Everest Club, Chitwan is organizing the championship, which has a winning purse of Nrs 3 lakh.
