Desbhakta youth club has entered finals of 1st Jana Jyoti cup in Butwal.

Desbhakta defeated hosts Jana Jyoti club 2-1 in the semifinal match played on Wednesday.

Suraj Hamal and Bishwas Shrestha scored apiece for the winners. Sajan Thapa scored for Jana Jyoti.

Manoj Shrestha from Jana Jyoti was declared the man of the match.

Narayangarh FC, Chitwan will play against Bhairav sports club, Nawalparasi in the second semifinal match on Thursday.

The championship has a winning purse of Rs 1,11,111.
