Hosts Kavre DFA has entered semifinals of Kavre gold cup football tournament.

Kavre DFA defeated Nepal APF 5-4 on penalties at Dhulikhel grounds on Friday.

Both teams played 1-1 draw in regulation time.

Dipesh Shrestha from Kavre DFA became the man of the match.

The championship has a winning purse of Nrs 4 lakh.
