Bishwa Shanti Youth Club and Sunaulo Shanti Youth Club have registered victories in their respective matches of 2nd Sainamaina Mayor Cup.

In the first match played at Saraswati Ma Vi ground on Sunday, Bishwa Shanti hammered Ramnagar Youth Club 7-0.

Sabin Gurung of Bishwa Shanti was declared the man of the match.

Sunaulo Shanti defeated Kathmandu based Mahabir Club 1-0 in anothr match of the day. Arun Chaudhary was awarded the man of the match.

Pharsatikar Youth Club vs Jana priya Sporting Club and Lisnu Youth Club vs Bhu Pu Sainik Jawai Sporting Club will be played on Monday.

A total of 16 teams from Rupandehi, Nawalparasi and Kathmandu are taking part in the tournament.

Winners will take away Rs.1,77,777 while runners-up team will get Rs.88,888.

Final match is scheduled on Chaitra 20.

Janapriya Sporting Club is organizing the tournament under the preservance of Sainamaina Municipality.
