5th Mai Valley gold cup is kicking off today in Ilam.

Hosts Mai Valley FC is taking on Darjeeling United in the opening match at 3 PM.

The championship has a winning purse of Nrs 7 lakh. Runners up team will get Nrs 4 lakh.

10 teams are taking part in the event.
