Jhapa XI has booked its place in semifinals of 4th Mug Mug Jhapa Gold Cup defeating Hong Kong Nepalese Academy 1-0 in the first quarterfinal match at Domalal Rajbanshi stadium on Monday.

Skipper Karna Limbu scored the lovely match winning goal through his flying header in the 41st minute in cross of Nishan Khadka.



Khadka was declared the man of the match. He received Rs.15,000.

Jhapa gold cup organizing committee is organizing the championship, which has a winning purse of Nrs 12,50,000.
