Former A Division league player Sachhindra Dhimal is coaching Royal FC, Darjeeling.

Royal FC defeated Boys Union Club 2-0 to enter semifinals of Ruslan 10th Falgunanda gold cup in Phidim on Thursday.

Coach Dhimal said, "We missed so many goal scoring chances. We were under pressure because we didn't utilize numerous chances.

"We will try to improve our game in the next match against Nepal Army. I believe we can beat them", added Dhimal.

Nepal Army is playing with second set in the competition.

Jhapa XI will play against Saraswoti youth club in the first semifinal match on Friday while Royal FC will meet Nepal Army in second semifinal match on Saturday.

NMB Phidim sporting club and Panchthar district FA are jointly organizing the championship, which has a winning purse of Rs 4 lakh.
