Nepal International Rohit Chand Wins Indonesia Liga 1 Title With Persija Jakarta

Nepal international Rohit Chand has won Indonesia Liga 1 title with Persija Jakarta.

His club Persija Jakarta defeated Mitra Kukar 2-1 in the last league match played in Jakarta on Sunday.

He has become the first Nepalese football player to win the league title beyond SAARC region.

Another Nepal international Kiran Chemjong has won title with Minerva Punjab (I-league in India) and with TC Sports (Dhivehi Premier League in Maldives).
