Nepal has been qualified to 2nd round of olympic qualifiers as one of the best 3rd placed teams.

Nepal played out 1-1 draw against Bangladesh in qualifiers on Tuesday but that was sufficient to go through as one of the best third placed teams. Nepal collected three points from three matches.

Palestine also joined Nepal to the 2nd round.

India and Myanmar have also secured their spot in the second round. They are playing later this evening to determine the group winner.

Due to groups having different number of teams after withdrawals, the results against the fourth-placed and fifth-placed teams in four-team and five-team groups are not considered for this ranking.

Nepal & Palestine will join four group winners and four group runners up with Uzbekistan and Vietnam. Second round qualifiers will be played April next year.
