Nepal U19 women's team coach Hari Om Shrestha said he was happy with the performance of his girls against Thailand in AFC U19 group B qualifiers.
Nepal suffered 3-0 loss at the hands of hosts at Chonburi stadium.
"We had unnecessary pressure in initial minutes. We conceded two quick goals. Second goal was gift for Thailand. It wasn't penalty. I am happy with the performance but not with the penalty decision.
"We improved our game in the second half. We played an offensive game. Now we have vital match against India", said Shrestha.
Nepal will play against India on October 26.
Thailand U19 coach Arunravudh Watananggur was surprised with the performance of team Nepal in the second half.
"I am surprised with their performance in the second half. Nepalese players have good fitness", said Watananggur.
