Myanmar U16 defeated Malaysia U16 3-0 in the first match of AFC U16 group E qualifiers.

Both the sides started the game in a positive manner but it was late in the second half when the breakthrough came and Myat Noe Khin scored the opener in 75 th minute.

She got the ball just outside the edge of the box and dribbled past 2 Malaysian defenders to get a shot.

The first shot was stopped by the Malaysian goalie, but she pinned in the rebound to score the first goal of the match.
She didn't stop for a single goal and completed the hat trick scoring in 88th and 89th minutes to seal the victory and three points for Myanmar.

The second goal came from a beautiful one touch pass from the Myanmar’s players, coming in form left hand side they played some lovely one touch football before Myat Noe Khin latched on to her second goal of the match.

The third goal was a cool and composed one, where she slotted the ball in the bottom right hand corner of the post and finished the match with a hat trick.

The winner of the group will directly go to the next round and the second place team will have a chance through best second placed team according to the points they gain for moving to next round.

Malaysia will be facing Philippines in a must win game next on 21 st and Myanmar will face the hosts Nepal later same day.
