Mai Valley FC Collects Rs 2,74,000 From Jhapa XI Vs Nepal APF Match

Mai Valley FC collected Rs 2,74,000 from Jhapa XI vs Nepal APF match played in Ilam on Tuesday.

Finance committee member, Subash Rai revealed GoalNepal that they had collected Rs 1 lakh more from yesterday's match.

"We would like to thank all football fans for their support. We actually expected more but that is fine. There are still some exciting matches lining up", said Rai.

APF defeated defending champions Jhapa XI 2-1 to enter semifinals.

Mai Valley FC is planning to start youth football academy with the profit from the championship.
