Ward number 21 and 22 have entered semifinals of Lalitpur metri inter ward football championship.

Ward number 21 defeated ward number 27 3-0 on penalties in quarterfinal match played on Monday.

Both teams had played 1-1 draw in regulation time.

In the second quarterfinal match, Ward number 22 defeated ward number 8 4-0. Nikesh Shrestha scored a brace while Sushan Tuladhar and Puspan Nepali scored apiece for the winners.

Lucky star club is organizing the championship, which is sponsored by Wai-Wai noodles.
