Kamalraj Pathak Memorial 22nd Lisnu Cup National Football Tournament got underway at Kotihawa, Rupandehi.
Sampurna Youth Club, Supauli has made a great start as they beat Devdah Boys 5-0 at Pashupati Ma Vi grounds.
Srijan raj Gautam scored the first hat-trick of the tournament in Sampurna's victory. Similarly, Purna Bahadur Gurung scored two more goals. Sampurna's Sirjan raj Gautam who scored a hat-trick in the match was elected man of the match.
With this win, Sampurna has also entered the quarterfinals of the competition. As part of the competition, the pre-quarterfinal match on Sunday will be played between Sanjivani Yuva Club, Devinagar and Nawalparasi-11, informed the match coordinator Krishna Gurung.
