News Chitwan: Bharatpur FC Starts With A Win

Former champion Hanami Bharatpur Football Club (BFC) has made a winning start in Central College Chitwan District A Division League BFC has made a winning start by defeating Narayani Football Club 2-0 in the opening match at Bharatpur 7 Krishnapur ground.

Suman Ale Magar and Sagar Tamang Lopchan scored in his victory.

BFC took the lead in the seventh minute of the game with Suman's goal. Sagar scored in the 59th minute to ensure a 2-0 victory. VFC's Anjan Choudhary was elected Man of the Match. Former runners-up Everest Club and Madi 11 will meet in the league on Saturday. The match will be played at Krishnapur at 5 pm.

Earlier, the league was inaugurated by Kiran Rai, General Secretary of All Nepal Football Association. Rajendramani Kafle, Ward President of Bharatpur Municipal Corporation 7, Yagya Vilas Paudel (YB), Principal of Central College of Vocational Training and others were present at the opening ceremony. Central College is the main sponsor of the tournament which started under the organization of Chitwan District Football Association.
