Inter Sports Club has become the last team to enter the semi-finals of the 2nd Evolution Cup Open Knockout Football Tournament held here.

In the fourth quarter-final held on Saturday, Inter defeated Sampurna Yuva Club by a wide margin of 9 goals to enter the final four.

Nishant Neupane scored four goals with a hat-trick for Inter in the match at Charpala Stadium in Butwal-12, Tamnagar. Similarly, Anuj Gayre and Avesh Shahi scored two more goals each while Rohan KC scored one goal.

Inter's Manish Tamang was declared Man of the Match. Game coordinator Amar Thapa Magar informed that rest was given on 6th Jestha as part of the competition.

As part of the competition, the first semi-final match on Monday 7th Jestha will be between Pharsatikar Youth Club and former winners Lisnu Youth Club, said match coordinator Thapa. Similarly, the second semi-final match on Jestha 8 will be between Inter Sports and the host Evolution Club of Butwal.

The president of the organizing club Ram Bahadur Pun said that the winner of the competition organized by the Evolution Club of Butwal will receive a cash prize of Rs. The final match will be held on Jestha 10th.
