APF Football Club, Kathmandu has entered the semi-finals of the ongoing Jagdamba Steel 14th Jitpursimra Gold Cup Knockout Football Tournament.
APF defeated Friends Club, Kupandol and made it to the last four.
The game, which was postponed on Thursday due to the storm, was played on Friday morning. In the match held at Simara Stadium, APF managed to book a semi-final trip by scoring 2 goals against Friends.
Under the competition, the first semi-final match on Friday, March 30, will be held between Machindra Football Club, Kathmandu and Salhesh Youth Club, Siraha, the organizers informed.
The winner of the competition organized by Nava Jana Jagriti Yuva Club, Jitpursimra-2, Bara will receive 10 lakhs in cash along with the title, while the runner-up will receive 5 lakhs. The final match will be held on the 3rd of Baisakh.
