The quarterfinal match between Machhapokhari Hiti club & Marik FC, Dharan in 1st Machhapokhari hiti gold cup has been postponed due to bad weather at Chaage, Taplejung.

Hosts Machhapokhari came from 3-0 down to level 3-3 but heavy fog blanketed the ground in the later half. The organizers waited for a while but it was already late and they decided to play remaining 15 minutes tomorrow morning.

Samdu FC will play against Dandabazar FC, Dhankuta in the last quarterfinal match on Thursday.

The championship has a winning purse of NRs 2 lakh while runners up team will get NRs 1,20,000.
