Church Boys United has lifted the title of Jagadamba steel 13th Jeetpur Simara gold cup football tournament.

CBU defeated 10-man Himalayan Sherpa Club 2-0 in the final match played at Simara stadium on Saturday.

Milan Rai (35') and Aashish Chapagain (90+1') scored apiece for the winners.

Diwas Urau was red carded in early 6th minute of the match.

The champions received NRs 10 lakh while runners up team got NRs 5 lakh.

Deputy president of Nepal, Ram Sahay Prashad Yadav and other guests distributed prizes to the winners.
