NFC, Dharan have won the title of the second Panchayan Gold Cup Knockout Football Tournament. In the final at Panchayan ground, NFC became champions by defeating Young Lord Buddha Club, Itahari 2-1.

NFC, who became the winners, received one lakh 25 thousand rupees in cash along with the title, while the runners-up Young Lord Buddha was forced to settle for 75 thousand rupees.

Similarly, in the individual category, Binay Shrestha of NFC was the best goalkeeper and Biku Rai of NFC won the award for the highest goal scorer. NFC's Dorje Tamang was also chosen as the best midfielder.

A total of 10 teams participated in the tournament organized by Panchayan Club, Sunsari, which started from Ashoj 1st.
