Bijayapur school defeated Niketan school 1-0 in the first match played on Thursday. Rahul Karki scored the match winner.

Public MA VI defeated Sunsari multiple on penalties after playing 1-1 draw in regulation time.

Dharan HSS defeated Victory school 3-0 and Dharan City defeated Sunsari technical college on penalties in other matches.
