News Samba's Hat-trick Helps APF A Big Win In The National Women's League

APF Football Club have registered a big margin victory in the National Women's League on Saturday. APF defeated Chandrapur Municipality 8-1. Sabitra Bhandari scored a hat-trick for APF while Kumari Yonjan scored twice and Anita KC, Anita Basnet and Anu Lama scored a goal each.

Sunita KC gave APF the lead in the fourth minute of the match. In the 15th minute, Manjali gave APF a two-goal lead. Anita Basnet scored the third goal for APF in the 16th minute. Samba extended APF's lead in the 23rd minute.. After Manjali scored her second goal in the 32nd minute, APF took a 5-0 lead in the first half.

APF took a 6-0 lead after Samba scored her second individual goal in the 49th minute. Anu Lama scored in the 70th minute to give APF a 7-0 lead. Chandrapur scored in the 81st minute.

Chandrapur midfielder Sumitra beat APF goalkeeper Sabitri Kisan and scored the goal. After Samba completed her hat-trick in the 90th minute, APF won by a wide margin of 8-1. Renuka Nagarkoti of APF became the Player of the Match. With this victory, APF has returned to the top of the table with 12 points from four games. Chandrapur, which played the same game, is in the second-last position with one point.

Tribhuwan Army FC defeated Dhangadhi 6-0 in the second match of the day. In a one-sided encounter,Rashmi Ghising scored a hat-trick while Bimala Chaudhary, Amisha Karki and Kusum Khatiwada scored a goal each.
