Bara XI emerged victorious in the Nijgadh Mayor Gold Cup. Nijgadh defeated Nijgadh Red 5-4 in the shootout today.

The regulation time ended 2-2. Sanjay Chaudhary and Raj Kishor Chaudhary scored for Bara in the third and 32nd minute of the match and Shyam Kunwar scored a brace for Nijgadh in the 18th and 69th minute of the match.

James Dhami's penalty for Nijgadh was saved by Bara GK Rajib Chaudhary who was also named the player of the match.
