Hosts Nawayuwa club has entered final of 8th Nawayuwa cup in Rupandehi.

Nawayuwa defeated Simrik club 3-1 in the semifinal match played on Thursday.

Ajit Thapa scored a brace while Ranjit Ale scored another. Mohan Thapa scored a consolation goal for the losing side.

Jitesh Gurung became the man of the match.

Nawayuwa will meet the Desbhakta club in the final match on Falgun 5.

The championship has a winning purse of Rs 2 lakh.
