GoalNepal.com has honored Ramchandra Poudel, a lyricist of Nepalese football supporting song.

Poudel, who leapfrogged nine other lyricists to win the prize, expressed his happiness for bagging the honor.

Poudel received Rs 2000 cash and a mobile as an honor given by GoalNepal.com.

"I feel happy to be part of the song", Poudel, a MBBS student at BPKIHS, said, "I am thankful to GoalNepal.com for doing everything for the promotion and development of the game in the country and abroad".

"I would like to thank all who voted me and to the panel of judges who thought my lyrics was the best", added Poudel.

GoalNepal.com CEO, Bikram Thapa handed over the prizes to Poudel.

"On behalf of all Nepalese football fans, we would like to congratulate Poudel and appreciate him for writing wonderful lyrics", added Thapa.

Aaraj Keshab, Catch 22, Prashna Shakya and Mohit Munal sang the song.
