Three young players have made debut for Nepal.

Head coach Abdullah Almutairi fielded Suraj Thakuri, Kamal Thapa and Ayush Ghale in the stoppage time against Australia.

Coach AA keeps saying he is building the team for future and is currently working with many young players in the team, possibly to win the upcoming SAFF Championship.

Bangladesh is supposed to host the event in September.
