Hosts Everest club has entered quarterfinals of Pacific college 4th Chitwan championship.

Everest defeated Nayabasti FC 3-0 in Bharatpur on Tuesday.

Milan Gurung scored a brace while Dev Gurung scored another for the winners.

Milan Gurung became the man of the match.

In the first quarterfinal match on Wednesday, Basantapur United club Madi will play against Rampur FC.

The championship has a winning purse of Rs 2,22,222.
