SAFF Championship 2023: Bangladesh Will Meet Kuwait In Semifinals

Bangladesh will meet Kuwait in the semifinals of SAFF championship 2023.

Bangladesh defeated Bhutan 3-1 at Sri Kantiravaa stadium in their last group match to become group second.

Shekh Morsalin (21’) and Rakib Hossain (36’) scored apiece for Bangladesh while another goal was scored in an own post by Phuntsho Jigme in 30th minute.

Tsenda Dorji put Bhutan ahead in 12th minute but they couldn’t carry the momentum.

Two semifinal matches will be played on July 1 at the same venue.
