1st Chitwan Veterans Cup Kicks Off; Chitwan Beats Makwanpur

1st Chitwan veterans cup got underway in Bharatpur, Chitwan on Saturday.

Hosts Chitwan veterans defeated Makwanpur veterans 2-1 in the opening match.

Earlier, Bharatpur metro mayor Renu Dahal inaugurated the championship.

Nepal Police SP Dan Bahadur Malla, Chitwan DFA president Shree Krishna Karki and other distinguished guests were present in the opening ceremony.

Two more matches will be played later this afternoon.
