Morang XI stunned Birtamod United in sudden death (6-5) to enter final of Ruslan 9th Falgunanda gold cup in Phidim, Panchthar.

Both teams played 1-1 draw before inviting a spot kick battle.

Karna Limbu had put Birtamod United ahead in the match in 24th minute but Ashok Khawas leveled the score in 81st minute.

Morang will play against Sunsari XI in the final match on Sunday.

Phidim sporting club is organizing the championship, which has a winning purse of Rs 3 lakhs.
