Abhiskek Rijal scored double hat-trick to send the hosts Janajyoti Club into the quarterfinals of the ongoing 1st Janajyoti Cup Knockout Football Competition in Rupandehi district.

Janajyoti defeated DMC, Tulsipur 7-0 on Thursday at Dingarnagar’s local ground.

Nepal U19 player, Abhishek Rijal scored 6 goals alone while Ramesh Aryal added one more for the winning team. Abhishek was named the man of the match.

The last match of first round is scheduled for tomorrow between Bhairav Sports Club, Nawalparasi and Sauvagya Youth Club, Butwal.
