Dauphins team has entered semifinals of Mai Valley gold cup football tournament in Ilam.

Dauphins defeated Nepal APF 3-1 in quarterfinal match played at Ilam Tundikhel on Thursday.

Petenga scored a brace (20', 62') while Elomoue (14') scored another for Dauphins.

Hari Karki scored a consolation goal for APF in 35th minute.

Two goal hero Petenga became the man of the match and received Nrs 10,000 cash.

Mechi Netralaya Kakarvitta FTC will take on Nepal Army on Friday.

Mai Valley FC is organizing the championship, which has a winning purse of Nrs 7 lakh.
