GEMS, Modern Indian School & Kathmandu University High School (KUHS) have won their respective matches in 22nd Father Moran Memorial Football Tournament 2017.
GEMS defeated Dolphin English secondary school, Lalitpur 6-1 in the first match played on Tuesday.
Dormani Giri scored four goals alone while Alish Vaidya and Pranshu Joshi scored apiece for the winners. Nishant Tamang scored a consolation goal for Dolphin. Alish Vaidhya became the player of the match.
In the second match, Modern Indian school defeated Pushpanjali school, Godawari 2-0. Binayak Bhandari scored both goals for the winners. Bedraj Dhungana became the player of the match.
In the last match of the day, KUHS defeated Rosebud school 2-0. Prajul Jangum and Sugam KC scored apiece for the winners. Sushim Byanju became the player of the match.
