What's COOKING? All Seven SAFF Members Decide To Pull Out From SWAFF !!

The South Asian Football Federation (SAFF) comprising of Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Bhutan, Maldives, Sri Lanka and Pakistan have decided to pull out of the South West Asian Football Federation (SWAFF) with immediate effect on October 30, Goal.com revealed.
The decision was taken in a meeting held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
The Asian Football Confederation (AFC) Congress was expected to officially recognise SWAFF as the fifth regional federation in the continent. SAFF’s decision to withdraw from the newly formed federation comes on the eve of AFC Congress meet.
The SWAFF was formed in August 2018 and it comprised of 14 members. The members of West Asian Football Federation (WAFF) and SAFF amalgamated to form this fifth regional federation.
SWAFF even had even promised Nepal USD 5,00,000 for football development.
ANFA president Karma Tsering Sherpa was appointed as member of SWAFF back in August in the federation’s first general assembly held in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
SWAFF hasn't revealed anything about this issue.
