ANFA has completed preparation for Martyr's memorial A Division league.
Organizing a press meet at ANFA complex on Thursday, ANFA said they were ready to host the league after five years.
14 teams are participating in the league.
The champions will get Rs 50 lakh and a chance to take part in AFC Cup qualifiers.
New Road Team (NRT) will take on Nepal Army in the opening match while Saraswoti Youth will play against Sankata Club on 1st October at the ANFA Complex, Satdobato.
The league will then resume after Nepal National Football Team returns home from Bangladesh.
Nepal is taking part in Bangabandhu gold cup starting from October 1.
Nepal are grouped with Tajikistan and Palestine.
The FA said Prince Rufus, FIFA’s development manager for South Asia will attend the opening match.
